We are proud to conduct this estate sale at a San Francisco landmark referred to as the “Sylvester House” – it was built in 1865 by Stephen Piper on Quesada Avenue and was eventually owned by the Sylester family who were cattle ranchers – this beautiful “Italianate” style home was moved to its present location on Revere Avenue in the old “Butchertown” during 1913 – the current owner has resided there for nearly 50 years collecting a vast array of Victorian and eclectic furnishings and collectibles – come by and buy some of these quality items – own a piece of history /
This amazing sale will feature a large collection of American made walnut Victorian furniture, high-quality furnishings – antique, modern, and other fine art, many subjects, many mediums – antique and modern decorative objects from around the world and a collage of collections of collectibles, ladies clothing, holiday, ceramics, stoneware, garden items and a many other unusual and useful items!
